Some of the worst customer service i have ever encountered, we had a $7500 job done previously on our business, and we called them out on a separate occasion relating to the same problem, and the gentleman explained to us very vividly that we WOULD NOT BE CHARGED A SERVICE FEE. I still recieved a $100 service fee of course, when i called the lady was completely rude and aggressive very quick to send the fee to collections as if we have been tormenting her. I simply asked her why we were receiving the fee. In my 32 years of living i have never seen someone so mean, we gave them no problems during or after the job was done and we have been dealing with the gentleman that work there for years but the customer service lady was absolutely out of her mind, and not caring about all the business we gave them.
