Everything went smooth from start to finish. The delivery was on time, the setup was done well before our party started, and the clean up was executed perfectly. Very impressed with how little I had to do and how much they did for us.

We rented from USA Inflatables on April 18, 2009 and the delivery, service and staff were excellent. The Princess 3 in 1 combo was delivered at the time agreed upon and was very clean. The staff did an excellent job of going over the rules and safety policies. After checking several other sites USA Inflatables had the best selection and price.

We would definately rent from USA Inflatables again.

This summer my family and I visited Dan Patch Days in Savage, MN. It is a great event that gets people together. This summer my two sons insisted they go on the inflatable rides there. I bought them a pass and off they went. While keeping an eye on them I chatted with the staff that operated them (employees of USA Inflatables). Once we got talking about the products I realized he had no knowledge of the units they had there. I then asked how long he had been working there and he said he was hired off the internet to attend events for them. I asked if they did a background check considering he deals with children. He replied no and that he was paid in cash. I shook my head and went looking for my 2 kids. Sure enough I found them by the scream Andy let out. I ran to the back of an obstacle course and found him crying from a 3’ fall to the ground. From the investigation my attorney has performed it was obvious that the units were not properly setup. The last part of the course was a 8’ high slide that dropped directly to the ground. While assisting my son another girl slid off and landed on her tailbone as well. Currently my son is having continued back problems and our family is in the process of taking legal action against USA Inflatables. I plan on writing to the Dan Patch Day’s members to reconsider having USA Inflatables there again. From what I understand they get into these events with a low price because they pay in cash. With any luck they will soon get caught. Beware
