I thought finding where to dig would be harder than that, but it was easy, and less than the 385 the other place wanted. This place made fixing my slab leak easier

Worst business experience ever. I called this guy out to find my leak...here's what I got: He showed up an hour late....he spent 1 hour finding the leak. When my plumber got there, not only was the leak not in the area indicated but he was 9.5 feet away from the actual leak. Because the leak was so far off from where United Leak Detection told us it was, the whole ordeal ended up costing me $650 extra. When I tried to call the cell phone of the guy who came out, I got nothing. Then I tried calling the companies 800 number I got continuous ringing followed by a voicemail...just like the cell phone. Long story short, there is no diligence with this guy or this company (which seems to be just the one guy) No customer service offered, no corporate number to contact with complaints.....BAD BUSINESS
