If you value every penny you earn making a living, do not I repeat, do not take your automobile to Unique Auto for repairs. I got the run around, I got a car back that was not running any better than when I took it to Charlie for repair, I got really, really bad customer service from the lady that works in the office. She has the worse attitude of any person I've met who represents a business. There is a sign on the building that reads "The Honest Mechanic", what a misrepresentation of what really goes on at this place. This is another case of trying to go to the Black man to help his business prosper and end up getting ripped off in the end. Bad, bad place to do business with!

Unique is exactly what this little shop is Unique. They know how to treat people, and they understood when I couldn't exactly explain to them what was wrong with my car, they just said "don't worry we will find out what the problem is". The best thing I liked about Unique was that they called me first before doing any work,and would only work on the problem when they had discussed pricing and I gave my ok. Within a few days my car was running better than ever.



I am a Christian and I appreciate being shown respect and true concern for my car problems, unlike larger shops who are only out to get my money. I reccomend this shop to everyone who likes a more personal approach. Thanks and you are truly "The Honest Mechanic"
