I’m writing this for my grandparents who hired this company. The owner was actually one of the movers. From start to finish they helped make this process easy and proficient. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! This review would come with negative stars if possible. First off, when the truck showed up to my house they already had half the truck full with someone elses stuff and said it would take two trips to get everything. So after 5 hours and $500 all my belongings a few miles across town we were on to the next issue. While moving the fridge into the new house they destroyed the floors in the kitchen. After contacting Diane, one of the owners, she came by to look at the damage and said that it was indeed something that they are responsible for. A few days later she came by with an insurance adjuster and took measurements of the room and said she would be in contact with us. After almost two weeks I called her back to check on the status of the issue and at that time she had said that she had a check on her desk and hadn't had the time to mail it. Since then, it has been almost 3 months of her saying things are in the works and giving me the run around everytime I call, and now she is actually saying that she never said there was a check and that it wasn't her problem. Beware of this horrible bussiness practice and spend your money elsewhere
