We had two retractable screens put in our sunroom that leads out to our pool and waterfalls in May 2017. I spoke with Tulsa Area Screen Co about our two indoor cats that were very expensive and not ever allowed outside. I let them know that with these retractable screens I was concerned the cats could push on them and get out. They assured me that this would not be a problem and that they have never seen cats get out. Unfortunately- the cats do get out! We can't use our screens at all. This is such a shame! The screens are very easy to use, clear, nice quaility. But, beware!!! Your cats can get out! For $800.00 for two screens we can't use, we are disappointed.
