I am writing this review in regards to my truly nolan tech that has been coming out for 5 months now. His name is joe Mehlmann, I just wanted to say that he goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service on a proffessional level as well as a personal level and his personal level of care is not fake i can tell he really cares about his customers. And i enjoy him coming to my home. He makes a bad experiance a positive one and we all know there are a lot of pest control companies that we could use so it is nice that he adds that personal touch that sets truly nolan apart from the rest , I can get pest control anywhere but it is the good customer service that he provides that sets him apart from other tech's and other companies and would be the very reason why i would repeat my business with truly nolan and not else where.Thank you for all you do Mr Joe Mehlmann, Sincerely LaDonna Lemley
