Provided by YP.comWe have been Trugreen Lawn care customers for over 20 years. When Mosquito & pest control was offered, with the assurance of rapid response/re-treatment if mosquitos were a problem, we switched from another service, and pre-paid for protection. I contacted TruGreen on June 2 to report that we were beset with mosquitos. The person assured me that she would submit a request for re-treatment. On June 9, we still had not heard from nor seen a service rep....The mosquitos are swarming, my grandchildren are bitten, and I am extremely unhappy. I contacted the company again, to be told that the earlier request had never been submitted, &the soonest possible my property could be scheduled for treatmentwould be June 12. The weekend will be compromised. This is not what was promised when the service was promoted. My sister is having the same experience. What is going on, Trugreen???
