We called Dan re: a tenant's refrigerator. He arrived promptly and said it was an easy fix. He fixed it in about 20 minutes. This was far better for us than us trying to DIY. Will always call Dan first for all our future needs.

So great to find someone as good as the reviews say! Timely, professional, capable, congenial service, Dan put our dryer back into service the same day it packed in! No hesitation in recommending him.

Came out for a service under Lowe's extended warranty. Prompt, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

I have utilized Tri-town twice for Appliance repair. Once to repair the freezer in my sub-zero frig and once to repair my Bosch dryer. I was very satisfied with the timeliness of their response, quality of work and pricing. And I will continue to use Tri-Town for appliance repairs in the future.

I called twice and also emailed once. No one has ever got back to me at all. I left a detailed message indicating my disabled mother needed her washing machine fixed, and requested that if someone could call me to have someone take a look at it. I have yet to have gotten a return call. It states on their website that they call people back right away. I will not be calling them back again, after the third time, and will be looking elsewhere for a repairman. Going to the laundry is costing her a lot of money. I guess they are too busy to call me back. Please delete the star as well.

Great Repairman! I had a clothes washer failure about 6 months back and fridge recently, both time called Tri-town and wow Dan knows his facts. He diagnosed over the phone with a little Q&A, accurately quoted the repair price and arrived and fixed within 24 hrs!!!!! Both visits were under 2 hours, and the units were functioning better than before the failures. He saved our refrigerator for a reasonable price, while all the other repair shops said this problem required a new fridge, just because they lack the capabilities of working on the coolant system. Tri-town went over and beyond, correcting additional OEM faults that caused compressor knocking and a bad hinge motion without any added cost to us. Dan even went out of his way to fix our fridge at 4PM on a Friday, so we would not have to spend the weekend without a functioning fridge, this was customer focused service. Tri-Town is the our appliance repair man for any task we ever need in the future.

Our refrigerator broke down last night, and this morning I called Tri-Town to see if they could come out to diagnose and repair it. Dan diagnosed quickly, and repaired on the spot. The price was very reasonable.

I will be calling Tri-Town again if we have any other appliance repair needs.

Danny is a great guy, and really knows his stuff. When my fridge stopped working on a Friday, I immediately researched for a technician from the yellow pages. All he told me was the condenser was gone, and made no attempt to repair or replace it, and charged me $98. for the service call. Danny doesn't usually service my town, but when I explained my situation, and couldn't get a new fridge delivered for 2 weeks, he told me to call him back. He ordered the new part, and was at my home the following Wednesday. The part came with a 90-day warranty, but Danny extended it to1 year. He never gets upset or flustered with particularly puzzling problems (which mine had become) but takes the time to check and re-check things until the issue is resolved. I highly recommend Danny ... he goes above and beyond to help anybody.

BEST SERVICE!!! called tri-town for repair service call request due to impressive ratings on yellow pages...after a brief intro with danny we realized i was not within the servicing area...BUT regardless danny coached me through the troubleshooting process for my dishwasher...not only did he instruct me, but he stayed on the phone with me through resolving the problem...he saved me time, money effort & frustration....you rock danny -- thank you!! : )

They are outstanding! Pauline was friendly and very helpful answering my call and booking my appointment. Good customer service is important to me, and she does her job very well. Danny arrived a little later for our scheduled appointment than originally expected (but who am I to complain? ...I'm late for everything!) He was quick to diagnose the issue with our washing machine and got straight to work repairing it. He even took the time to explain things about my washer that I didn't know. I also asked him to check our dryer because it had started making a strange sound, and he was happy to help. Low and behold it has a cracked drum! He'll be coming back to repair that as well. All work was done for a very reasonable fee (a lot less then buying a new one!) I am so happy that we now have a reliable, friendly, skilled, and well-informed repairman to call upon when needed! If any other appliances have issues, Tri-Town is getting our business!

My washing machine broke on Sunday and I called this morning to see about getting it fixed and before I knew it Dan was at my door. He only charged me a very reasonable service charge as it was just a stuck sock! But then he took the time to explain all about my washer, as well as balanced out the legs for me. From my call to the office to the minute he left it was all professional but yet a friendly experience. I will never use anyone but them again. He could of told me I needed my belt replaced due to the stuck sock and I would never have known the difference..thanks for your honesty Dan!

Believe everything good that is written here. From the moment they answered the phone to the truck pulling away Paulinne and Dan did a 5 STAR JOB .....Dan also took the time to explain several solutions to problems with other appliances in my home. He was very professional and customer service oriented. I woill recomend them to all 269 friends of mine on face book!!!!! lol

My refrigerator stopped working on Sunday morning after food shopping so I called Tri-Town Appliance after reading all the 5 star reviews. He came over an hour after calling and was able to repair it before I lost all my food. Dan was amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great, promt service and the price was VERY affordable compared to the other place I used to call.

Sunday early AM fridge not working, NOT A PROBLEM, I had someone fixing it in less than one hour, great service. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to use their services again!

We are very happy to have found Tri-Town Appliance Repair. This is the 'home town' service you really want. Owner/service tech is intelligent, very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent speedy communication, service was quick and well done. We wish we had found him a couple years ago!

I highly recommend Tri-Town Appliance Repair and Dan! My washer stopped mid-cycle, and while not an emergency it was certainly inconvenient. We scheduled Dan to make a service call the next morning but he called mid day stating he would be passing through my area early afternoon and could stop by to take a look. Dan arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem with my machine in a matter of minutes AND had the replacement part in his vehicle. My washer was back in operation and my following morning was freed up. Dan was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. I wont hesitate to call Tri-Town for any future appliance repairs. I want to echo all of the other great reviews. Dan is simply the best. When you call and tell him you need him he comes ASAP. If you ask him any questions he tries to explain it so you will understand. Very knowledgeable. Very economical. He makes you feel like your "emergency" is what is important to him. Give Dan a call. You won't regret it.

Dan was great he fixed my stove and answered all my questions for my washer ,,it's nice to be able to call one person for all my appliance needs..TriTown I also like the name ...thanks Dan..
