Had my truck hanging half way off of a loading dock in Talty.. Long Story.. I called another towing service They took more than 2 hours to arrive. They were unable to move my truck and also managed to cause more damage than I already had. I called Tow wrx It was freezing cold, raining and 3 in the morning. He was there in 30 minutes. He Charged half of what I was quoted with other places I called. And he was able to pull my truck out in 10 minutes. He and his female coworker were very friendly and helpful even in the miserable weather at 3am. I will use them from now on and would recommend them to anyone☺

I had a flat tire on I-20 in Terrell and had no spare tire. I had 4 children with me and they towed me to the closest tire shop and also sent another vehicle to pick up the kids and drop them off at the tire shop. Great company and honest guy! I would totally recommend them for any towing needs! The price he charged me was very reasonable and went beyond what he had to do to make sure my kids were safe as well! Thank you! You made a bad situation into seeing the good in other people and I appreciate all you did for my family!

My car broke down on the side of I-20, an hour & a half from home with me, my wife, & 2 kids inside. Wrecker came, took us to a nearby gas station, had another employee pick us up at the gas station & take the four of us to the repair shop, & then transported us to the rental car company so we could continue our trip. PLUS, they didn't add a bunch of cost for the extra help. If you need a tow, make these guys your FIRST choice.

Transmission went out of my truck while I was at Home D in Terrell. I called and got a very reasonable quote to me back to Kaufman area. Nice guy, great equipment .
