AAA sent Topps out to pick up my vehicle Gary was the driver he called to let me know was in route and about what time he would arrive,when he arrived he introduced himself and went to work loading my car on the flat bed he seems to be very experienced and was very professional I would highly recommend Topps for your next towing service any luck at all maybe Gary will be your driver!

AAA sent them to remove a car from my yard. The driver broke off a section of my driveway while leaving.

Attempted to contact the owner 3+ times. He dodged my calls. Finally got him on the phone, first he denied knowing about it, then he blamed me, then said we would not come out without this AAA rep on site. AAA declined to help. Never could get a hold of owner after this. He is a scumbag. When calling AAA please make sure they DO NOT send TOPPS towing.

My husbands truck broke down this morning on his way to work, I had to take him to work and come back to deal with getting his truck home ( at 3am no less) I called AAA and they sent "Brent" with TOPPS TOWING, he arrived in less than 30 minutes, tried to get the truck going (with no luck) suggested some things to try at home.. and then got the truck loaded and brought it home for me. As a woman alone on the side of the road at 3am Brent made me feel totally comfortable, he was kind and professional, an all around "GOOD GUY" I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Sent by AAA to take car from my yard,where it was left after being towed home from a breakdown.Sitting exactly where the previous tow-truck put it.
Driver came with a wheel-lift truck when I had told AAA it had to be a flatbed because the car is all-wheel drive.That mistake could have been from either of them,not pointing fingers.
Driver said he'd have to go back and get a different truck and started to back across my yard and turn around.I told him where the septic system ran so that he wouldn't run over any of it.This is the country,EVERYONE has a septic system and we all know not to drive on them.
He drove out to the road and called Topps to tell them he had to come and trade trucks.Then he sat there for about 10 mins.And then left.
I immediately got a call from AAA saying that Topps had notified them that there was a sewer line and septic tank blocking access to the car and that towing it was impossible.
The pipe runs parallel,nowhere does it run in front of or behind the car. to where the car sits and is about 15 feet to the side,the tank is about 75 feet away and 30-35 feet to the side.
He blatantly lied so they didn't have to go to the expense and trouble of bringing out a different truck.
I wish I could give 0 stars.

Topps Towing is a servicer for AAA the service was prompt professional and very experienced the tow truck driver Gary handed ice cold bottle of water Myself and my passager Then ask if we were ok and How could he help He solved the problem with promptness I was very Please with Topps Towing and staff Thank You Vicky Montgomery

On 09/02/2016 my daughter got her vehicle stuck in our side yard. Due to hurricane hermine that went through our area our intire property is just muddy and wet. So we callled AAA to come help us. The gentleman's name was Dave that called us and advised us that he was 15 minutes away and arrived on time. Very respectful guy, with no hesitation this guy got in the mud and water attached his equipment to my daughter's car and pulled her right out. Thanks for awesome service guys.

I wanted to find a way to thank Kelly who works for Topps Towing. Not only was she great with taking care of my Audi A4 and diagnosing the problem it had, but she was also very friendly and someone who I would highly recommend in the future.
