Steve was referred to us from our agent and we were very pleased. He was able to work around our schedule and showed up early. He was very professional and friendly throughout the inspection and was very honest with the issues he found. Unfortunately we will not be buying the home (thanks to Steve's diligence in finding hidden issues) but look forward to having him inspect our next home! We will use him again as well as refer him to others
