Top Notch is exactly that, TOP NOTCH!! A wonderful owner, Derek, treats his customers like family. He went out of his way, twice, to help me keep the ac going and didn't know me from Adam. His team is very professional, courteous, and caring. Came to my home on a Friday evening, after hours and got us running until he could get his team there first thing Monday morning. He believes in his Customers and treats you right. If you live in the Lakeland and surrounding areas and need an AC repaired or replaced, Derek is your man!! My ac went out called Top Notch and spoke with owner. He sent his service tech out and he was there within the hour. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He got the ac working again. Prices aren't bad either. Very happy with my experiments will use them again
