Dispatcher was so unprofessional and rude called for towing at 3:30 was told an hour in 15 minutes I understand there's accidents and other things that happen two hours went by I called she said 15 minutes he will be there yea... by 6:30 the rude lady said she wasn't arguing with me and cancelled my tow they're all unprofessional there really sad business!!! Always something with this place!

Professional and reasonable!

i called them to have them tow my car about 5 miles and they wanted 80 bucks and they said i would have to wait 3 hours.......i dont know how they stay in business

The dispatcher would lie to me every time I would call to get status and was uncaring that I was stranded in the middle of the with no shade or water. I ended up pretty badly sunburned and calling another tow company to come get me, which was there in 45 mins. Top Gun Towing should be avoided at all costs
