I have used Jellison Construction for various projects for the past five years. He has completed a punch list left undone by a previous builder, gutted and redone two bathrooms, and completely remodeled my kitchen. The results on the latter two projects were fabulous. Jellison Construction has also done a number of minor home repairs for me, including emergencies.



I have known Mr. Jellison to be responsive to all my concerns, easy to work with, and quite reliable. His crew is courteous, trustworthy, and respectful of me and my home. I trust them to work in my home without my presence.

TM Jellison Construction has helped me with four different projects over eight years, ranging from "fixer-upper" jobs such as closing exterior soffits, foundation repairs, and re-roofing to bigger jobs such as re-siding two entire houses with associated roof and porch improvements. In each case, Tom was an excellent contractor, providing clear and accurate quotes, communicating timelines and updates, and following through with all agreed-upon tasks as quoted. As is the nature with this kind of work, where one does not always know what's behind some existing wall or roof that has to be opened up, various decision points would come up, and Tom was terrific about presenting options, and recommending sensible solutions or alternatives that balanced cost, quality, longevity, and effectiveness. Any mutually-agreed upon change orders were documented and sent by email for clarity. I experienced no hassles in working with Tom. I had solicited bids from other contractors in the area, but I went with Tom each time because he was straightforward, clear, and conscientious. I would not hesitate to use him again for future jobs.

We had T M Jellison Construction install flooring in our home. He was one of the first contractors who actually returned our call. He was timely, wrote out a professional estimate, and was available via email - which we found to be a rarity when looking for contractors. His prices were competitive and he did what he said he would do. After the job was completed, he came to inspect the work and we both found minor finishing touches that needed to be remedied. He immediately sent someone to fix the problem with impeccable results. Working with him and his staff was hassle-free and I felt that he was an honest and fair man. His employees were very friendly and did great work. I highly recommend him.

We were referred to Tom Jellison from Epoch Homes. From Day 1, Tom was attentive, sensitive to our needs, accommodating, and communicative, with wonderful follow-through. We built our Plainfield home with him and would recommend him to anyone (either modular or stick built). Tom is an extremely honest, straightforward, and dependable person and has built his company on this reputation. With the few problems that arose during our build (always Epoch's fault, not his), Tom took ownership of every issue and corrected it to our satifaction. I've never worked with a more reliable GC. He has a designer's eye and helped us make the correct decisions, while being sensitive to our budget and timeline. We'd build with him again in a heartbeat.

TM Jellison is nothing less than superb. I've had the opportunity to contract with Tom and his crew twice during the last couple of years. The first project was a new roof and siding of the entire house and the second was a considerably smaller project - embedding a hot top into our back deck. My wife and I could not have been happier with the work on both of these projects and it is the reason he is about to start his largest project with us yet - a completely new kitchen.



Tom has a background in engineering and has an uncanny ability to size up the demands and potentials risks of a project and come up with solid, creative solutions. He bailed us out of failed roof project started by another contractor and did so at an extremely fair price. Tom's crews are courteous, professional, and truly experts at what they do.



I couldn't recommend someone more highly and thank the stars that I found TM Jellison a couple of years ago.

TM jellison built an extension on my home in Vermont a couple of years ago. Tom was thorough and professional when dealing with all aspects of this project. Mr. Jellison worked with me as changes were made during construction. He stayed true to the estimate and completed the job on time and on budget. All who visit me rave about my new addition. TM Jellison is a high quality firm and I highly recommed them for any construction project.

Beware of this company. The owner is declining to honor warranty work on our custom home. We have several major leaks which prevent use of one whirlpool bath and one shower. The cook top exhaust vents Into our finished basement and was never extended to the exterior of the home (ie, many stored clothes infiltrated with cooking odors). Eight windows do not match the others of the home. We are entering into litigation currently.
