I'm pretty handy with things around the house, but i was a little nervous about changing out some hardware in my circuit breaker so i posted on Facebook that i was looking for a reputable electrical company. To my delight, i had lots of responses and when 10+ friends recommended the same guy, i knew who to call.



After describing my issue, the owner Jason Daniels told me exactly what to do. He walked me step by step through the process and told me if i had any problems to give him a call.



I began following his instructions until my wife asked "what if you mess up" and i jokingly answered "the worst that can happen is i'll go to heaven today". Apparently that answer was unsatisfactory and she demanded i call Jason back.



I called back and he said he was out running errands and would be happy to come by. He took the time to SHOW me what to do and teach me some safety rules about electricity as he threw everything back together with ease.



From my first call to Titans to the completion of the work was under ONE HOUR, even with my original hesitation. Jason's friendliness and professionalism are absolutely TOP NOTCH with nothing left to be desired.



It's hard to get service providers to even answer phones or return calls these days, so you can see why i'm so very impressed. I Will NEVER call another company and i WILL recommend Titans every chance i get from now on.



As for doing anything electrical myself again?

NO! Why would i when Jason makes it so easy and affordable?
