I got my car back after it was towed the next morning, and these guys were friendly- until I called them to mention that the car was now out of alignment (I have to turn left to drive straight). With proof that it was not like that before- I was called a liar, and told that it is impossible for a car to be knocked out of alignment by it being towed- and then I was hung up on. Everyone makes mistakes, but if you break something you should fix it. Or at least apologize. I get that you deal with angry people all day- but that's not a good reason to take it out on your nice customers.
