My niece almost choked on the Pom poms that dangle from the bottom of the dress. It was the first and only time she had ever worn it. My sister tried to return it (she even had the receipt), but the owner did not allow a refund nor did she take off the shelves any of the clothing that had that material sewn on. The owner's excuse as to why she couldn't return the dress was because it had been a few months since she bought it. The owner is a snob and a prude who cares nothing about his/her clients but rather a penny pinching
