Wow! Where do I begin?? I'm almost feeling like the terrible job they did on my car is some sort of sick joke! It's obviously a very unprofessional job with little attention to detail. Pieces of my car don't line up, paint is chipped, and many oversights were made. Furthermore, there is additional damage caused by Tim's staff which they don't want to be honest about and repair. Tim's Autobody customer service is awful as well. I was given incorrect information, treated unfairly and patronized by the feminine man at the front desk.

He keeps saying how quality control is so important to them, but folks who need to constantly remind everyone about what is supposed to be assumed have something to hide for sure. Be warned!!! Tim's Autobody may appear to be professional and sound, but looks can and are deceiving! Use another shop if you want to avoid a major headache!
