Give me a break people. Two reviews annoye bc a server was let go? I go to this place weekly. She sucked. She spent all of her time talking to her friends and not waiting on any other customers. Good riddens.



Some of the younger servers are a bit clueless, but the food, when you consider that it is bar food and this is South OC, is fabulous. Sit at the bar and you will get better service. Great and friendly bartenders, and the ladies who work there are generally not hard on the eyes. In particular Jamie, Nicky and Shanelle.



South OC is about as bad as food can get. PF Changs is considered good food. Nuff said. This place actually has very very good food. Best Chowder I have had in CA. Great sandwiches and salads as well. Some of the appis are bland (not the wings), and the steaks and stuff are overpriced. That said, compared to all of the other places around Ladera, this place takes the cake for this class/level of food, hands down. Plus, if you want to watch a game, there is no better place within a 20 minute drive.



If you want a place with bad service, bad food, that is hot as hell, go to Buff Wild Wings. I you want bad food that is overpriced, fighting for bar space with ugly f'in cougars, go to Beachfire. If you want very good and fairly pricey food, and to share a room with a bunch of awful posers

The food is unpredictable and half of the staff seems to be in their own world. I went in and was served by Jaime who was laughing and seemed to be enjoying some other people and their conversations but completely ignored me and my husband.. I don't know about anyone else but I like to be able to go out and feel like my business is actually wanted.



Many of my friends had tried to warn me prior to going in that most of the people that hang out there are old drunk men and that they are constantly having some "event" or music thats only aimed toward old people.. I thought sports bars were supposed to have a fun and exciting crowd?



If you're looking for TV's and chairs then yes The Ranch would be great for you..

If you're looking for good food and good service then spend your money elsewhere, they aren't the only restaurant with nice TV's.

This restaurant was great. Great service, great people, great food, great times. Really the perfect restaurant. It was nice and classy, yet cool and laid back at the same time. Couldn't ask for anything more.

me and friends use to like to to come here for the games and beer. lauren was always our waitress, shes always friendly and fun. can't believe after so many years of her working there the owner brian fired her after she got in a car accident and had to go on medical leave for a bit...what a dbag. there goes our loyalty to the ranch!

Atmosphere is good, food is unpredictable...sometimes good other times tastless although I can not complain about the garlic fries, yummy.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 years, recently I went in and requested my favorite waitress Lauren only to find that the owner Brian fired her. I found out through the grapevine that she was in a car accident and tore a muscle in her shoulder. Wheres your loyalty Brian, this girl was great., she was always there for me with a smile on her face. Sometimes I went just to see her and have a few beers. I have seen the owner (Brian) sitting at the bar on many occasions and found him to be unpleasant, this time he went to far. I am sorry Lauren wherever you are. I hope you recover and find a place of business that treats you with the loyalty and respect you deserve. Afterall this is just a dive sports bar, not a career.

In all I would say this place is worth skipping...more fun at Beachfire and the fries are just as good.



Update: Funny the owner wrote a review just to skew all the one stars. Just provide good food and good service then you don't have to spend so much energy cleaning up messes.
