We showed at the address given to us. Waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up to let us in and begin the work. It was a waste of time! However it was not worthless to us, we incurred the expense of driving to the address and paying our plumber for 2 unproductive hours. We take pride in our service and never let our customers down.

Provided by YP.comI would use this the plumming pro they came out to my house gave me an price of 400$ and a 50 $ charge to go into crawl space so called them back and said it will be about a month or so and they said that would be fine we there would be no change in price so i called them to come out and they rasied the price 650.00 you be the judge!
This job was bid in September 2014 and we have retained the price in our computer system. We would like to have a copy of the proposal that was left with you at the time of the bid. Could you please email, ray@theplumbingpro.com, or fax 816-767-8863, us a copy of this proposal. ---- Upon receipt of the proposal, the Owner will call you about this matter. ---- I am sorry for your disappointment. I had the same thing happen to me. Could have had my brake pads replaced for $135.00, waited 2 days and then costed me $675.00 because the rotors got damaged. The circumstances changed and I had to pay more. We bid your job 5 months ago for $450.00. You have allowed sewage to drain into your limited access crawl space for 5 months. Our prices have gone up and the job conditions have changed. We hate to lose a great customer. Our bid we submitted in September 2014, stated it was valid for 30 days. Please call our office. We would be pleases to try to find a way to service you. Thank you, The Plumbing Pro

Provided by YP.comnot too impressed so far!! My initial consultation was not that great...the guy they sent was not friendly at all didn't seem to really be listening to my plans. I am opening a new salon and this is my first time dealing with making plans to run plumbing and I was looking for more help than I got. I explained to the person who set up the appointment that I needed to run plumbing for a salon and the guy seemed like he had no idea. He barely spoke and about 5 minutes later he was heading out the door.
We appreciate your frustration but not every project is something we choose to do. We do however hope your new salon is a huge success. Thank you.
