We moved my 84 year old mom from California to Arizona to be near family. From the beginning, The People Movers were prompt, courteous and communicative. When moving day arrived, the driver, Casey, (K.C.?) showed up on time, was patient with my mom, explained what would be happening throughout the day and communicated with our family throughout the moved. Everything arrived in perfect condition and nothing was missing. Would definitely recommend!

These guys did a wonderful job for us this past weekend moving all of our household belonging into a storage unit. They work hard and earn every cent. Very professional and conscientious. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services. We plan to use them again next month when we move into our new home.

My mother, who is a widow, just completed a move from a very large house to a smaller place in a 55 plus community. People Movers were fantastic! They were efficient, professional, courteous and had an excellent customer-focused attitude. She had many large pieces to move, including a baby grand piano and everything arrived without a scratch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a move, big or small.

Avoid if you can. They work inefficiently: It took 5.75 hours for them to move a mostly boxed 2 bed apt resulting in spurious bills. (FYI, it took 3 hours last year when I moved in using another moving company.) More details of my experience follow:



I chose The People Movers over other companies due to the positive reviews linked in their webpage. I wrote a negative review but my review does not appear at all. Given this, I am inclined to think that those positive reviews are not genuine, or negative reviews are filtered out.



Workers arrived one hour late and made constant complaints ("boxes are packed too heavy"). I can not help feeling that workers emphasized their difficulty to justify their prolonged hours, frequent breaks, and higher fee. The final bill was $250 more than what was initially estimated. I called the main office and left voice messages expressing my concern for the final bill. I did not get their response yet.



The workers refused to move items that were not "properly" boxed. Consequently, I myself moved 42" flat screen TV and numerous small items. To their credit, my furniture were wrapped and arrived without major damage.

We used The People Movers for our move and They were beyond excellent! All Movers should be measured by the standards and Integrity That The People Movers Has Shown me. They exemplified excellent customer service and care in handling my goods and were extraordinary!!!

They were great! Loved the crew loved the office and loved the estimator
