I don't normally write complaints. Usually I don't have to because most people will stand by their products or services.

However, that is not the case here. I used this company two years ago to paint our deck. The people doing the painting were using a very thick paint that my husband cautioned may not be a good idea. We actually went out of town that weekend. In retrospect, that was probably a bad idea. It looked pretty good when we got back, but not really a deck paint and very thick. There was a little damage last year due to the elements, but this year it looks worse than before it was painted - lots of chips. I know that a deck needs painting often, but this is different because it's not just a fading of the paint- it's more like peels of paint have come off. I have contacted the owner. I did this a few weeks ago. He said he would come to look at it. I called again. He said he would try to come back next week. He said it has been to rainy to look at it. We've had some rain, but I wonder it he lives in a different climate than I do because we have no standing water in the back to impede anyone from looking at our deck!
