Firat of all - I start judgement of a company by the way they answer the phone. The phone was answered profesionally and pleasantly & she had a personality!



They got someone over within a few hours & he even called to tell me when he would be there about 30 min before he came. 2ndly- he was professional in his manner and explained to me what he saw & even got my garage door back on track & would not have charged me for the call but made some recommendations. I was VERY pleased when it was well under $100. I told him to go ahead with it & it was done quickly & the garage door even sounds better than it had in a long time. I'm going to pass word about this company along to whomever needs garage door work.
