Horrible customer service. Was told my carpet would be installed around 12.. When we called the owner at 6pm because the installers still were not there, he was rude and unapologetic. Do not use unless you want to be dissapointed!

This store and the owner Kevin are exemplary in every way imaginable! I had Kevin handle the upstairs carpeting, and downstairs hardwood flooring and they've exceeded our expectations in every way! I screened 8 vendors for these 2 flooring jobs, both for materials and labor, and separately as well. And no vendor, even separating materials from labor, could come close to a QUALITY deal that The Floor Store could deliver: Installers licensed and insured - check. Fair payment plan - Check. Vast years of experience and company stability - Check. Quality advisement and recommendations - Check. Honesty - CHECK. Pricing - Awesome. Punctuality - awesome. Prompt return of calls due to timelines - Awesome. Quality of installers - Awesome. Installation - Awesome. Glue materials used - Awesome. Carpet padding materials used - Awesome. Delivery on schedule - Awesome.

The entire experience is fantastic and an ease of worries for me as a new homeowner. This store and it's owner and employees should be the gold standard of how flooring shops should operate.
