Called Mike to clear a main drain problem. He was very polite and had no problem answering my questions. When he arrived he got right to work and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. When he was done he cleaned up his work area, asked me if I had any more questions and charged me a fair price. No sales tactics no gimmicks just good work.
