Wow,the cleaning lady drove through a blizzard on 2/15/15 to get our house cleaned for a real estate closing this Friday! What an amazing job she did. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is the absolute best!

I have used the Cleaning Lady services twice this year for "event cleaning". I was on a tight schedule and really appreciated her quick reply to my request and that she could accomodate my schedule on short notice. When she showed up to clean, she was prompt and prepared for work! I was very impressed with the end result and have recommended her to my friends.

I have been using the "Cleaning Lady" for over 6 months she is awesome. I can't say enough about her professional demeanor and her willingness to adjust her schedule to accommodate last minute services I need. Although she isn't always able to do so and is quite up front about it she makes every effort.

The Cleaning Lady use to come to my house every week while I was able to afford her and she cleaned places in which I personally didn't expect her to. Her "detail" clean although a little more pricy I found most beneficial in the beginning of our relationship as she was through...my baseboards, my ceiling fixtures, my oven, my microware, my cabinets... WOW!! and so much more. I felt like a "queen".

Once she was able to get my home where I would like to say, it needed to be, having her come regularly it took her less time as she was basically keeping things up after the initial detail clean.

I must admit that I like her directness in that she was up front and clear about her pricing and what it included and didn't include. She didn't nickel and dime you and wasn't timid about any service I asked of her... and trust having an aged parent at home there were messes that I personally found "nasty" for lack of a better word. She never once complained to me about anything, I paid her price and she stayed until it was done.

Now most important thing I would like to add about her is this; I unfortunately no longer have the funds to have her come weekly, but she worked with me on the financial as well as the time so that I could still benefit from having her services. Not only a professional, but a professional that understands the nature of the business and the willingness to develop good relationships with her clients.

I have never been concerned about my property when unable to be present for our appointments, in fact I tested her to see if she could be trusted... something she didn't and still didn't know about until I decided to write my review. She passed with flying colors...

I know this review was lengthy, but when you are welcoming a stranger into your home, especially now a days it's so important to know that your safe, your children are safe, your property is safe and that your not working with a "shady" person.

I would recommend The Cleaning Lacy for anything I needed help with. She's a can do person with a great attitude.

My house needed a thorough top to bottom cleaning, and the cleaning lady did just that. She got every spot . I would definitely recommend her. She was a pleasure to meet as well. I would use her in the future.
