We use the service monthly, but were not scheduled for another week. The ants invaded the kitchen on Friday and they came on Saturday. Within a day and did not see any ants. They are always nice and very professional.

I recently used Bug Runner for an ant problem I had. The off staff was very friendly on the phone and the technician was kind and professional. They basically did everything I needed from start to finish and the price was fair. I will definitely be using them again for my pest control needs.

I am very pleased with the service that The Bug Runner Exterminating Company gave to me and my family. We had a large hornets nest and I was extremely nervous because my daughter is allergic to bees/wasps. The lady who answered the phone was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding of my situation. She sent a technician out the same day i called and the problem was resolved. I know I will be using Bug Runner again if another pest problem occurs.
