Recently, John came to clean, restring and reinstall my blinds. I was not home at the time of reinstallation. I cannot remember exactly what I asked him to redo, but he said that it wasn't installed properly and he redid something. Ever since he reinstalled them they pop off and fall when pulling on the string to lower and raise. He came to check on them and when I said I couldn't remember exactly what he did, he retaliated with anger saying "Tell me what I did? You weren't here to witness what I did." He left angry and did nothing to help me, leaving me with a broken blind situation. He did not even offer to make it right or anything!!! He walked out angry.

I used John ... the Blind Doctor for my entire custom home several years ago. He provided great service and great products. He later took my Hunter Douglas shades and cleaned them like new ... I highly recommend his services.
