Our refrigerator went out and I called him. He said he was busy and would be out later in the afternoon. I called again. No answer. I called again and was told he could come out the next day. I have 6 kids and all of my food has spoiled. It's right before Christmas. At 4:45, he said he has someone who could come out later. Fine. That person calls me at 9pm and he is in New Orleans East and lives in Slidell. And he is too tired to come out. He will be here between 9 and 10. I called him. No answer. This is ridiculous.

Reliable, professional, went above & beyond for me. Dishwasher was broke, he happened to find one on clearance at Lowe's, delivered & installed it! I was very grateful to have someone willing to do this for me.

Showed up when they said they would. Thanks for the fast service.

This is the only company that really know how to fixed FRONT LOADER WASHER

Do not use this company. When calling you are told the service call is $59. However, once there the technician says, when questioned, that the service calls 'start at' $59, and i was charged $69 for that. Was also charged $90 for a part that costs $1.75. When questioning that, the technician showed me a bogus parts list that they had made up. The invoice, which you receive after the technician leaves as it is sent thru email, does not itemize, so you have to figure out what you paid. When calling the company to inquire as to breakdown of invoice, owner would not call me back. Will never use this dishonest company again.

I called to see if they could they could come check my washing machine. I received a call and the person said they could come check it out the same day. They call again later said they were running late and would call when they were on their way. I never received that phone call or a follow up phone call to reschedule. They will not be getting my service.

Prompt and friendly service. Labor charge reasonable and the technician was very knowledgable. I hope I don't have to call again anytime soon, but will definitely use this company again.

I recently had my Whirlpool fridge go out and was recommended to call The Appliance Technician. Service was fast, the tech knowledgeable and charge was reasonable. I was given excellent tips on how to keep my fridge in better shape. Thanks Appliance Technician!
