I originally posted a 5 star review of "Tim High's" because my initial experience was fantastic. However, that euphoric feeling has diminished. Now that it's been less than 90 days & my dryer has simply died- I feel I have been 100% conned by whatever this company is calling themselves. I purchased from the Augusta location.

Do NOT purchase from this company. They are rude & NOT reputable at all. They will sell you an appliance for dirt cheap & then screw you over by 1) not answering the phone when you call & 2) by not standing behind their warrantee (despite how much you pay for it & despite their promise to "take care of the military service members").

The woman who answers he phone is less than helpful. Now, I'm out several hundred dollars & I don't have a functioning dryer. This was the biggest scam I've ever seen. If you want more information on my plight (or have advice on how to fix this several-hundred-pound paperweight) please don't hesitate to ask.

JUST FYI Appliance guys is not located at 8411 Whitefield Ave. they have never been in this location and are in no way affiliated with our business I'm sorry this has happened but we are not affiliated at this address it has never been in this building

Somehow they got on Home Advisor. This co. is a rip off. "Replaced" a part in our freezer, but we have the same problem. Unreliable is about their best feature. Now won't take or return calls. Next we're contacting the BBB in Savannah and may go to small claims court.

I wish I read these reviews first!! The Appliance Guys are thieves! DO NOT give them a credit card, EVER. Pay with a check only when work is complete. We had them "look" at the problem and asked for an estimate. The estimate was way too high and we went elsewhere for service, but the card was charged in full for services not rendered and parts not delivered. We are seeking legal retribution now. STAY AWAY!

The Appliances Guys is the worst company in Savannah. They took my money, replaced 2 parts and my fridge is no closer to being fixed than the day Dillon came. I called over and over and it was a run around and "I am sorry" about everything. I made the first appointment and they were 45 min. later than the 4 hour window that was given. Another time he did not show up at all. The owner Crystal will not answer calls or return calls Everything about this company is unprofessional and and a rip off. They took my money and did not fix my fridge!

THE APPLIANCE GUYS TOOK OUR MONEY IN ADAVANCE, TOOK FOREVER TO SHOW UP, AND THE FRIDGE STILL DOES NOT WORK. NOW THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER OR RETURN OUR CALLS! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE!

Awesome fixed my samsung fridge works perfect now !!!!
