Wonderful service, they give you a 2 hour window of when you should expect them to show up and its expected since they cover all of el paso and las cruses! I had a gentleman by the name of Josh come and determine the problem with my refrigerator and the next day changed a part and it works just like new! i recommend these guys to everyone of my family members.

I highly recommend that you NOT go with this company. They will take your $39 diagnostic fee and never return back to fix the issue. They have some of the worst communication skills. They will stand you up, show up with wrong parts, not call you back as promised, and basically waste a lot of your time and $39 fee. They are not in the business to fix an issue. They are in the business to take $39 fees and provide no other services. I think they are fraudulent. Please save your time and money. Do not call them.

My dryer needed repair a possible fuse fix. I called not once but 3 times. At first he lady who answered was very kind and gave me the information I needed then I spoke to her husband to set up a day. I was told they were booked for the day so I had to wait until the next day reasonable and I did have a time restriction and asked if anyone can come by after 3pm. I was told that the employes had children to pick up and things to do at the time. However, that someone would get back to me in 30 minutes Twice when I called they stated the had text the worker and he will be calling me as soon as he is not busy. My husband called using a different number and asked for the same service and someone called him within 10 minutes and arranged a time to come over on Wednesday and they would be here at 3:30 sharp. It is now 6:04 no call, no text, no show. I chose them based on a recommendation from someone in our church and with the military discount and senior discount it seemed this company is a very christian, family oriented place I could trust to come in my home. Well I am glad God does things for a reason and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL to anyone in our community. It seems they feel they are making us a favor by coming here??? they charge 39.95 to come see what the problem is plus repairs and 10% discount on repair only not the estimate service. I had to choose Sears as Balderas also is a rip off they want 45 dollars to come see what your problem is and plus they charge hourly and parts. If you do not have the problem fixed or it is just not worth it you are out 45dlls. SEARS great service

I called these guys Mon. They said they could come out that day between 4-5. They show up at 5:30 to fix my appliance. They look at my appliance tell me they have to order a part, were at my house all of 10 min., charge me a service charge of $45, & split! It's now Wed & they call me w/a quote of $360 & I have to wait several days for the part to come in. I basically told them thanks but no thanks. Upon looking at their ad it said "no service charge for repairs." Unfortunately, I saw this after fact! Be careful, I feel taken advantaged of by them...wouldn't recommend.
