My car broke down and I forgot my cell phone so I had to walk 2 miles to call them and also asked would they swing by and pick me up since it was 15 deg.outside(it would only take 2 mins to get me and I was paying cash) they told me no it was a towing company not a taxi. I called them a week later to tow it to a garage and they showed up an hour and a half later then they said then charged an extra $5 because gas went up. They lost a cash customer
