My furnace began with intermittant failures during winter. the AHS Home Warrenty company chose Temp A Cure to repair it. After 5 visits the company was not able to fix it. Temp a Cure was not able to diagnose the problem and started replacing parts. they do not have ability to know if the new board was defective nor able to check gas pressue going to the unit. Temp A Cure decided it was not able to repair the furnace and dropped the repair without calling me to inform me. last I had heard they had more parts on order.

I can't believe this horrible company is still in business! Between the terrible owner, his nasty wife, and the pathetic staff, I don't know who pays these people to service their heating! They are never on time, charge an absolute fortune, and are rude and spiteful people...save yourself and NEVER CALL TEMPACURE!!!!

Avoid using this company. They do not take responsibility for there mistakes. They made mistakes when they repaired our furnace and there mistakes caused damage to our home but they will not take responsibility for the damages.

On the first Ice/Snow of the year, my furnace died in the middle of the night. This is pretty scary for a first time homeowner with two small children (infant/toddler). This was the first company that could get someone out that day. Prior to the service tech getting to my house, the furnace started working in the mid day. Later (and no thanks to this company ) did I find out my condensation drain line was freezing, causing the furnace to shut off due to the back up of condensation. ###The service tech finally arrived. The service tech was immediatley rude to me and told me "Your not special," when I asked if he would service the furnace if he couldn't find anything wrong with it. Sure enough, because the furnace was "working," the service tech didn't even bother to search out the root problem. He totally blew me off. As he was leaving he told me he hoped the furnace would get me through the next couple of days, but would come back if needed. I did need him, he never called back.
