Definitely do not recommend Taylor Made Inspections. I got his name from my realtor and now I wish I would have done a little more research to find someone recommended by someone I knew. He had no reviews online. During the actual inspection, he gave me some good tips. I wrote everything down even though he told me it would all be in the report. I'm glad I did because it wasn't all those random tips were not in the report. After moving in to my new townhouse, I quickly discovered many things that he had not found at all, including the dryer vent leading out of the house covered in duck tape because it had broken so many times due to the many many many 90 degree angles. That is something pretty basic I thought he would have discovered.
