Whatever you do don't hire these people. We gave them money they were an hour late to pick us up. They didn't even bring us where we wanted to go. When I asked them to terminate the contract that said too bad. I tried visiting the address to talk to someone and its a junky house in St. Paul. Not a legit company. Go somewhere else unless you want your night ruined.

My son has tried to contact this company 3 times to book a limo for prom, and even though the site says someone will get back to him, nobody ever does. He tried phone messages, making a reservation, and sending a message, all of which have gone ignored and unanswered. I have now contacted them (with a nasty note), however, at this point I think I need to put this review out here to warn others off this company, and we will look for a prom limo from somewhere else. If I had been allowed to give this company zero stars I would have, but Dex requires a minimum of one star.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I booked a limo for my son's golden birthday. We made all the arrangements, including the details, date, time and my credit card #. Well, the big night came and the limo never showed up!! I called right away, and was in tears when I was told they had no record of my booking, could not help me, and there was no limo coming. The night was ruined. I called later to speak to the manager, expecting a profuse apology, an explanation as to what happened, and sincere attempts to try to make it right. Instead, I was treated HORRIBLY. I was told all the managers were "out of town", that they couldn't tell me who was answering phones the day I booked the limo, that they would do nothing for me, then I was hung up on. The company has ignored my letter to the owner and my Better Business Bureau complaint, so my only recourse is to try to warn others so no one else has to go through what I went through dealing with this unethical company.

Driver showed up 30 min late on our wedding day. After refusing to provide the $120 gratuity for being late, our driver shut the limo off and would not drive us anywhere. We were paying per hour for our photographer and we were just sitting there. I finally put the money on my credit card, to just get things taken care of. The driver then changed the signed receipt and wrote that it needed to be cash. We once again refused to pay cash since we did not have the $120 on us. So he called the cops on us. The cops were on our side 100% and told us to take this horrible company to small claims court. Our wedding reception was on a boat, and the boat had to delay departure for 30 minutes because of this company. There service is absurd, and if I can save someone from the pain my wife and I went through on our wedding day this review will be 100% worth it. Basically, you will not be provided a receipt to review, and they can add little one-off expenses throughout the entire trip. DO NOT USE
