They are absolutely the best movers I have ever used. I've moved many times and have seen many moving companies working in my building. NONE anywhere as good as them.

My experience was great. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I moved on Saturday following Thanksgiving. The guys ( Frank, David and one more person I didn't get a chance to ask the name ) showed up early, started the job on time. The service was excellent, they were real professionals. They used blankets and wraps to secure all the items to make sure that nothing would break during the move. Everything was secured well to the truck. All our items got to the new place in one piece. I moved to a 3rd floor unit without an elevator and they didn't complain or take a break. There were no hidden charges everything was straight forward. There's a reason why these guys have A+ rating with BBB. Thanks again guys!

I was moved in Feb. 2011 by the BEST. Truly A+, best move I ever had. They where on time, efficient, courteous, no damages and best of all they where less than the written Estimate. I would use them again and again and recommend them to my Mother.

We were unexpectedly reuired to move. Fortunately we found a wonderful new apartment quickly. We also found a mover...Superior. This was no easy move. We have a full office and a full two bedroom apartment. In addition we had two plants over six feet tall. Regina, the dispatcher/administrator for Suoerior handled everything with ease. She even helped us schedule a Bulky Item pick up with the City of Los Angeles so we could rid ourselves of unwanted desks. The move was accomplished with ease. Bothing was broken and the plants transported without any problems. If you are looking for personalized assistance in an extremely stressful situation like moving, call on Superior...They are excellent. Special thanks to a wonderful two man crew for 7 hours of hard labor all accomplsihed with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile.

I hired this company based on the good reviews I found on several web sites and the boasting "A+" rating they advertise. After all is said and done, I cannot at all agree. The movers were SLOW. They had to move a 1-bedroom apartment and a 5x10 storage unit that was not even full. It took them 9 (in words: NINE) hours! The same move had previously taken less than 6 hours, including a 60-mile drive from point A to B.



When I initially hired this company, I told them that I had a 1-bedroom apartment and was moving to a 2-bedroom apartment. Additionally, I had to empty a storage unit that was on the way to the new place. So far so good. Jack, I believe he is the owner, said it wouldn't be a problem. We estimated about 5 hours of time and I was quoted $385 plus drive time and fuel surcharge.



You can imagine that I was not happy when the guys announced that the truck was full before they were even done loading all of the apartment! They hadn't even loaded the couch, entertainment center and dining table yet. Why they weren't given a bigger truck, knowing the volume that had to be moved, is beyond me, and was frustrating. That meant we had to drive twice.



The lead mover kept moaning and groaning about how much stuff I had, that the boxes were heavy, having to walk up and down stairs and what not. Seriously, I have moved 9 times over the past 6 years. At that frequency of moving I can assure you that I do not own a lot of things, simply because I never stay anywhere long enough to accumulate a ton of stuff.



By the time we made it back to the storage unit I actually started loading half of the stuff myself, because I didn't want them to take all day. It was really getting ridiculous. Why hire a moving company if you end up moving a significant amount of stuff yourself?! I have used several moving companies before, and not once has this been the case.



To top it all off, they damaged the door to my new apartment when they moved in the fridge. They glued it back together in an amateur way and said they would come back at my convenience to paint it. It seemed the guys didn't want to get in trouble with their boss or something. Needless to say that after seeing how they worked I would not want them to try to fix anything.



They graciously gave me a 1 hour discount for taking so long, but even 8 hours are too long for the amount of stuff that had to be moved. The final bill was $620 vs. $385 that I had been quoted!!



I would not be so upset if Jack had by now at least acknowledged my e-mail that I sent immediately after the move, stating my disappointment and asking to at least credit me back some of the money, since obviously the guys were ill prepared in regards to truck and work motivation, which is the sole reason why the move took so long. And again, if I would not have packed up a good chunk of the storage myself it probably would have taken 10 hours.



Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.



P.S.: It has been two weeks by now since I sent them a summary of my experiences with their services, in which I asked for their feedback and a partial reimbursement. No response whatsoever! I sent a follow up note. If this also goes unacknowledged I will involve the Better Business Bureau.

Better Business Bureau rates them Best movers in San Fernando Valley with a "AAA" rating, it's the truth.

You can't ask for a better moving experience! I was in the military for more than 10 years. I have moved more than my fair share in that time. I know movers and this outfit is by far the best. Our estimate was given by a man that has probably forgotten more about moving than most people will ever know. He explained everything plainly and covered many things that even I may not have thought of. The crew that moved us was extremely courteous and all business. The foreman has been with the company for 13 years and he's not the most tenured! If you're moving, call Superior Economy Moving, you can expect to be treated like family. Their Better Business Bureau rating was an 'AA'; the highest rating you can get is an 'AAA' No other mover in California was rated higher than a 'C' when we looked them up! That says it all!

This is the best moving service I've ever used!

They are always on time, respectful and careful with my furniture and instruments. And the best part is that they provide their excellent service at a very fair & honest price! That's why I used Superior Moving 3 times now and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues that need a moving service.
