This company is the worst, they don't do a thorough inspection and they don't stand behind their inspections when they screw up. If I could give them zero stars I would have.

They missed an ongoing termite infestation as well as extensive water damage under a bathroom(water was literally dripping off the main beams under the house) of for a house I was buying. Upon moving in I immediately noticed the problems, and Sunrise refused to even give me a break on the cost of the repairs ($5,000-not including being out of my house for 4 days and the cost of a hotel for me and my family etc). Repairs that they were obligated to identified and report before I bought the house.

I was forced to file a claim with the Structural Pest Control Board to rectify the situation. It's been a complete nightmare and has taken months to have the situation resolved, and I still will end up footing some of the cost. Hydrex Pest Control came out and did a re-inspection for me and was much more helpful in explaining the damage and offering different solutions to the problems.

If you read this post and still use Sunrise, you deserve the shoddy work you'll get. Use Hydrex or anyone other than Sunrise Pest.

Don't trust that this company will provide the service they Contract to provide. We had a year contract where they were supposed to guarantee and provide service if we had any problems between treatments. The issue is I don't think they provide the proper chemicals to treat your property. They skimp since we continually has bugs between treatments and the final straw was getting ants. I have never had ants while having a pest control service. They did send someone out between service however they sprayed in one spot and the problem continued. When I called back to share that it wasn't addressed, they said I had to wait until my next service. I said that unacceptable and they said fine. They will spend 5-10 minutes treating your house. If you want someone to properly treat your house and wipe down all the cobwebs, then these guys are not for you.
