If you are thinking about using this company please don't. This company uses antiquated equipment that is very unreliable. We used this company for 9 months and in that time the machine broke once and it took 4 days for them to even call me back and then the second time the machine backed up with water and flooded my basement soaking my carpet. We called the company and Ed showed up here an hour and a half later without a machine incapable of servicing my house and with a shop vac to soak up the water out of my carpet. When I told him that the carpet was soaked and the shop vac wasn't going to perform the job he asked me what he wanted me to do. I told him that I needed to talk to someone with more authority than what he had and he told me that the owner probably would not answer the phone. As I pressed the issue for the owner's number to talk to him about he lost his temper and asked me what he wanted me to do. I told him that I need to talk to someone that can get the problem fixed so my carpet does not mold. I turn to talk to my wife and when I turn back around Ed is gone. So here I am with a flooded basement, no soft water service, and I am out the $350 that I paid a short 9 months ago with nothing to show for it except a bad taste in my mouth
