Provided by YP.comI am awarding five stars to SunCraftsmen without hesitation. They installed solar panels on the roof of my house doing not just a "good job" - they did an *outstanding* job! The quality of craftsmanship is of the highest sort, they did everything I asked them to do. The work was prompt and took only 4 days. And the quality of customer service - boy, you can't beat that! No BS, no hype, no subcontractors; John always communicated promptly, always straight to the point, with concrete facts and figures, and no BS. And, most of all, he can communicate through e-mail (!), which allowed me to focus on my very busy life, not phone calls. There is more: John handled *all* paperwork and bureaucracy, even collected neighbor signatures needed for approval and dealt successfully with our pitiful HOA. There is more above that: the very first time we were on the roof John noticed some broken tiles and promised to replace them even though he didn't have to. Promise delivered. Talking about going an extra mile (or rather tile:) Finally, their quote was the *lowest* I got while shopping around.
How is this all possible? I keep wondering if I am still living in the "good old US of A", or in some dreamland? Am I still in *California*? Wow.
