They don't want to give out hourly rates. There is a estimate rate of $69 that is made part of the work performed if you hire them. This makes it difficult when you are trying to get three or more bids. They give a 5 year warrantee on work performed which is good.

I'm very glad I found this company. Fixed my electrical problem. Yes, there are many electricians out there who can get the job done but if you want knowledgeable, professional, polite, affordable and honest......then this is the company to call. I think this is a family owned business... I will call them back for any A/C problems I have in the future and also remodeling jobs.

Suncoast electric and air came out and serviced my air conditioning in 1 day! I was so impressed, so I felt compelled to write a good review! If you live in south florida and you need an electrician or air conditioning repair make sure you call them. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY!

I made an appointment with this company on Tuesday. The appointment was for today (Saturday). They were supposed to be here around 9AM. I realize that doesn't mean they will be here right on time since they would be coming from another job. At 10:30AM I called and was told they had 2 more jobs ahead of me still, but would be here soon. At 1:30PM they still weren't here so I called again. The guy told me I would get a call back in the next few minutes. I got a call from a guy who told me I should try to look for another company to come out because they are really backed up and had a couple guys call out today. Although he was very apologetic, I was obviously pissed off that my Saturday was wasting away. If he would've told me at 10:30 this morning that this was the situation I would've still been upset, but not this upset. And why did I have to call them for them to tell me this information!? That's BS. I called United Electricians Inc and they had someone come out in one hour and fix my electrical issue AND charged me HALF of what Suncoast was going to charge me. I see all these 5 star reviews so maybe this was just a bad day, but I found all of this pretty ridiculous.

The best service company I have ever delt with! I called SunCoast for some minor electrical work and they were so nice and organized that they ended up remodeling my bathroom, added shelving in living room, hihats through out my house and added accent lighting that made my house into a home! Now they clean my A/C units three times a year! " All in one service company" is great! Thanks again SunCoast!

I bought an old house in Coral Springs and SunCoast rewired my whole house the way I wanted it! They waited for the kitchen to be installed for the perfect alignment of recessed lights on the cabinets and knew everyone at the permit place so it went smoothly. They called me and text me reminders to make the process go flawless. I was really surprised when they gave me a free outlet in my closet for my vacuum charger. Thanks again!



MY kitchen is the main focal point now because of the lighting! AMAZED! Now its a real "home"!- Also they referred me to a few other subcontractors they work hand and hand with!-that always helps!

Suncoast Electric and Air is without question the best service company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I experienced a problem with my circuit breaker panel, which required me to turn the power off to my condo. I called Suncoast Electric, explained the problem and they sent a Technician out immediately to examine the problem. They completely explained the problem to me and how best to fix it, and the associated cost of the repairs. Once agreed to, their workers arrived within the hour to begin the repairs/replacement of my electric panel. They were highly experienced professionals, who did the job completely, making a minimum of mess, and completely cleaned up after the job was done. The job was completed that same day, and everything worked perfectly.

Since this was an insurable loss, the Suncoast offices assisted me in providing the needed insurance documentation for reimbursement. Honestly, I cannot say enough about the extra effort they provided in assuring my complete satisfaction even after the job was finished and paid for. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Suncoast Electric & Air to anyone who is in need of their services. Their honesty, integrity and professionalism is second to none.

I have never seen a great group of guys in construction in my life! My electric panel caught on fire at night (i learned it happens a lot in South Florida with the heat-**get it checked out**) and I had a Suncoast technician name Brent come over in less then an hour from when I called. He help stop the spread of fire and saved my house! After the fire department left, he wrote a detailed estimate of the things that should be replaced and the average life of each (plumbing, electrical panels, A/C, and water heater).I learned that they also do home inspections so they are extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of construction and see more then just electric on a daily basis!



After getting a few estimates from other contractors, SunCoast ended up doing alot of work in my house and my neighbors.



Thank you so much for your time and coming back a few days later to make sure everything is working properly for no extra charge.

I have had a LOT of work done around my house by a number of contractors - some good, some bad. I make a point of getting 3 bids on every job just to make sure I am not getting ripped off. But if I had to pay $69 to each of the two contractors that didn't get the job, I'd be throwing away a LOT of money.



I can understand that this company must get a lot of calls for estimates and only service a fraction of them, but to charge $69 just to come out and tell me how much the actual job will cost is absurd. If the company is as reliable and fair as the similar-sounding reviews on this site say, they wouldn't have to worry about losing potential business to other contractors - word of mouth would take care of that. The $69 fee is a method to make sure they either get your business or get some money out of you.



In my my humble opinion, that's not something a reputable company does.

I cant believe i got my whole list of household iitems fixed it one day! The dimmers you installs are amazing-I hold the button down and it waits a minute so can leave my house before it shuts off! My solar panels save me alot of money each month! My spa finally has power for it to run properly. Thankyou for referring me to your pool guy. The diamond bright looks great!

My neighborhood uses your company a lot for repairs and upgrades so i decided to see what all the talk was about. I have never seen a dedicated working group as your outfit. Punctual, curious, clean cut, and fair. My town house no longer has flickering lights. The hi-hats in the kitchen make all the difference. Since you have increased my service to 200 Amps my electric bill has gone down, my breakers never trip, and my wife stopped nagging at me for finally fixing up our living space!

I thought I needed a new A/C system because I smelt smoke but a Suncoast technician came out and installed a new disconnect (breaker) that burnt out. It was 89 degrees in my house. Thankyou for being honest and getting my AC to work!

I usually don't write reviews but I have to brag about your friendly, knowledgeable service. Most companies have grumps working for them but both men- Brent and Fred were pleasant to work with! Your addition quote was $6000 less since you did the building, electrical, and A/C on my addition. My neighbors are adding an cabana out back soon and will call you! Your knowledge is exceptional! Thank you for changing out my compositor on my A/C unit to get it up and running. The other company tried to sell me a new unit (i will write a bad review for them)! I will only use your company for all my house hold needs!
