My engine seized on my way to work. My insurance company called them to tow my vehicle to my mechanic. My mechanic shop hadn't opened yet. Sun City Towing said they'd do a free diagnostic and they had a repair shop on site. I asked twice to verify the diagnostics were free. Even if I don't get it repaired? The guy in the phone stated it was free. They wanted an exorbitant amount of money for repairs. I opt d to have it towed home. The company doesn't work with insurance for a second tow and asks for money out of pocket. So, my insurance set up to have another company tow it from Sun City Towing. I then get a message from Sun City Towing stating they refuse to release the vehicle and are now charging me for diagnostics because I didn't get the repairs. $70.00 is a lot for a free diagnostic.
