Sun Bay Builders is a rip off & Mike Miano . They will let their painters paint the walls with no drop cloths and leave paint all over the floors and windows and stairs. They don't care. They also have their guys drag appliances across your hardwood floors without any protection . They spill glue and builders adhesive and paint on newly sanded floors. Then Mike tells his guys to go around and whip paint thinner on a newly coated floors. He didn't even know that you will whip the sheen off the floor it’s a thinner, Stupid!!! Sun Bay Builders don't pay there sub and you will end up with a property lien. Also they hardwood floor put in over a garage and doesn't install r-13, 6mil plastic insulation in the garage below or the floor with swell because of the humidity and temp differences. Also they use chip board as a sub floor to save $2 a sheet over real plywood. chip board shrinks & squeak like crazy.. It’s all about cutting corners and gaining profits save yourself the headache
