The Stull's were very thorough throughout the home. They explained to me some of the things that needed to be fixed prior to signing the loan documents. In their report, they also made sure that they specified the same. Pictures were taken in order to show the repair necessary and were included with the written report, of which they gave me a copy of, as well as copies of the pictures.
Their price was comparable to other companies, but the Stull's were very approachable and knowledgeable of their responsibilities. This is not my first home, but other inspectors were not as forthcoming. They were extremely wonderful to work with.
