Provided by YPmobileI had a unit here for 3 months. If your looking for a location to store something and do not need it at your convince this is the place to go. This location lies about having someone on sight, does not have 24 hour access, does not tell you that the gates are locked at night or that you have no access if the business is not open. You never know when you just might need something and this was my case. Not knowing they locked the gates i drove all the way down here to Willard from thornville 2 hour drive, attempted to get in and couldn't. I had the privilege of meeting the owner. One would typically think no matter the circumstance a costumer would be of value and the owner would help you. Not the case this guy is a unpleasant person to talk to. Finally don't even bother calling if you have a issue because none of te numbers are useful by any means and no one can help you outside of work hours. So when you rent a u haul, drive two hours and attempt to get your stuff make sure they are open. Because if they are closed your up a creek with out a paddle. Poor customer service this is the first review I've ever given usually I keep my mouth shut. Do not rent here.
