I received terrible service from Steam Pro. The receptionist was rude and, frankly, incompetent. She screwed up our appointment date and blamed it on me, she forgot to call me back...even forgot how many rooms we scheduled. After I wasted a couple of hours simply trying to set up an appointment, she finally apologized and offered to clean the hallway for free. No surprise that when the cleaners showed up, they said that they had no record of her offer and REFUSED to clean it for free!

On top of that, the cleaners were not flexible. My place was a one story town home with less than 900 sq ft, no stairs AND no furniture (everything had already been moved). They would not offer a price break and were not very nice when asked about it.

I very rarely leave reviews for businesses, good or bad. However, this situation was ridiculous and a waste of time. If you value your time or money, stay away from this company.
