My last carpet cleaner went out of business so I was in search for a new one. I came across Steam King's online add and read some of the reviews, I was impressed what people had to say. So I set up an appointment, the guy was very nice and explained how they used a new technology cleaning process. He cleaned one room, I was amazed! The reason I was so amazed is because I always thought my living room was clean until I saw how clean it came out after he cleaned it. I clean my carpets every six months and have used the same company for years, and when he would clean it, it didn't look much different. So I always assumed it was not that dirty. All I can say is wow! my carpets are so bright and shiny, where they used to be always dull, I thought that was just wear. Well I am a believer in Steam King's equipment, I would highly recommend them.

I have used Steam King multiple times in both my old and new house, and he has been able to remove every stain he has encountered. We just recently moved into a foreclosed house and the carpet was in pretty bad shape, we thought we were going to have to replace it, but decided to try Steam King first...the carpet looked like new when he was done!

I was told by two other companies that the carpet could not be cleaned, and was best to rip it out. I didn't have the money at the time to replace the carpet. I decided to try one more cleaner Steam King Inc, and boy was I glad I called. There cleaning process is unlike any process I have ever seen before. The person on the phone told me that they had equipment that there completion could not match. I though this was just a sales pitch, was I wrong. I wish I could post a photo of how my carpet came out, because words cant explain it other then amazing. I never expected my carpet to look so good. Very pleasant to deal with - they are fast, do great work and are reasonable. The extraction process is very clean and totally goes outside the house. I will use them again for my home and for my rental properties.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Steam King Inc. The technician was very friendly, honest and knowledgable. He recommended an air duct cleaning, which he said they also offer. The prices were very reasonable, in comparison to a lot of the competition out there. The service didn't take long and my carpet looked great afterwards! I will definitely call Steam King Inc. again and recommend them to anyone looking for great, affordable service.
