I have been a customer of Spec Pools for over 10 years and would absolutely refer them to anyone. They have always been efficient, reliable, honest, and professional. The entire staff is great, Gary, Vicki, Nick, etc. I will continue to use their services for many years to come. Thank you! C. Gray

We have been ripped off by Specs and want to caution others.

When we purchased our home a couple of years ago, there were stains on the bottom and walls of our pool. When contacting Specs, the owner, Gary, told us that they were a result of poor chemical management from prior pool service and convinced us to drain our pool and let them acid wash it. The stains were lighter after this, but still visible and he assured us that is as good as anyone could do. This should have been our first warning. We hired him on, believing what he told us and thinking they would treat it better. The stains have now reappeared worse than ever and when contacting Specs, we could not get a return call. Then after a couple of months trying to get an answer, Gary called us back and promised to come take a look. He never showed when he promised and we then received a letter stating he would no longer be servicing our account. We feel ripped off and would never recommend Specs to anyone.

We love Specs Pool Service. Friendly and professional staff. Reasonable rates. My pool never looked better! Technicians are qualified and can answer all of my questions! Thanks SPECS POOL!
