These people are rude and very unprofessional. I went to go pick up my car and the lady had attitude up the ass. They returned my car and the hubcap was missing. I asked them what happened to it and they said that it must have been loose and that it wasnt their problem but legally is it. She said in a snarky giggle that it happens any time and that the are not responsible for it. I called the manager later that day and the man didnt care a bit he said that I should talk to the lady that returned my car, I explained to him that she didnt want to help me and he said he didnt know that I should just call the cops. If my car goes to you with all its parts and something goes missing its apparently no ones problem. If I could give it no stars I would.

I wish I could give negative stars to this company. We tried to pick up the truck after 6pm and they told us no you have to wait until the morning but the state statue states "shall have prominently posted a sign indicating a telephone number where the operator of the site can be reached at all times. Upon receipt of a telephoned request to open the site to redeem a vehicle or vessel, the operator shall return to the site within 1 hour or she or he will be in violation of this section." They don't even know the laws.....Do anything you can to stay away from this company. And I called them the guy on the phone was rude and kept using profanity.

Alex, Richard, John H., Raul Herrera and Abel are affiliated with Specialized towing. Richard has a company that allows him to be an authorized tow signature for associations at which time he has his Specialized towing people come in and tow. These tickets allowing him to tow are blank and signed.. Only way to beat them at this game is to video them. Be skeptical if you see a good review of these people.
