Would give - star rating if available. Called twice 1st time tried to tell them what parking garage and what level . (VBMC )Man that answered cut me off and repeated make ,model and color of car and said he could find it no problem . Then told me wld be there in 30-45 min . 90 min later I called them back after I watched the wrecker pass up the entrance to garage . A lady answered and said my call had been canceled because driver couldn’t find my car and I wld have to have it reissued by insurance company . Called ins co again they rescheduled this time they promised to be to get car 60 min or less . Waited 2 hrs in hot sun still no show . Called ins and cancelled driver. Ended up having to walk to my room in the 90 degree heat after being up all night with my 1 yr old g-son that just had open heart surg , waiting since 10a-4p in hot sun for driver and have to be back at 6p to stay night shift again with him.. Usually am not a critical person but after all this I am emotionaly , mentally and physically exhausted dealing with these people. One wld do much better walking .
These people wld screw up a 2 car funeral !!
